Camps, Clinics & Group Training
Coach Lesley Training Camps are a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself into a day or a weekend of training - while having fun and spending time with others who share your interests. Depending on the time of year and the needs of participants, training camps are designed as time to get away and focus on skill and technique, as well as participate in rides, swims and/or runs to challenge your fitness level. Each camp is customized to fit the needs of the athletes who are attending.
The Coach Lesley Team also offers many other group training opportunities throughout the year, including monthly swim workouts, group rides and runs. Check back regularly to find out about upcoming group training opportunities.
Canada Camp
Penticton, BC
Annually in July
Have you just competed in Ironman Canada this year - if so, congratulations! It is not too early to begin thinking about next year's goals and if you are thinking about signing up for Ironman 2011 or a 70.3 then this camp is a must for you!
Join us at the end of July at our Fifth Annual IMC Training Camp. This is a great chance to experience this race with a coach who knows it well. Coach Lesley earned her 2006 and 2008 Ironman World Championship qualifier spots on this course!
Camp activities are all fully supported and include; previewing the entire course, swimming in beautiful Lake Okanagon, biking all or parts of the course and running sections of the marathon. As well, you will have time with Coach Lesley to talk about course strategy, review your equipment, fuel and other needs and talk about race day logistics for you and your support crew.

ChelanCamp™

Annually in May
Join us in May for our annual Coach Lesley Training Camp in beautiful Chelan, Washington. ChelanCamp™ is a jam-packed, fun-filled, training weekend at Lake Chelan. ChelanCamp™ allows athletes of all levels to both (a) spend a focused weekend on training and to (b) learn more about successful training techniques.
Throughout the weekend, participants will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of workouts and educational sessions. All open water swim, bike and run workouts are fully-supported with coaches and crew, and will accommodate everyone’s needs and fitness levels. Educational sessions include: dry land swimming technique, open water swimming technique, cycling handling skills and drills, cycling ascending and descending, running form analysis as well as discussions on sports nutrition, transitions and injury prevention.

Monthly Swim Workouts
Seattle, WA
January through December
Two-hour workouts (times vary)
Join us once a month for a swim clinic and workout. November through April we’ll be at a local pool in the Greater Seattle area. May through October we’ll be in open water.
Coach Lesley Monthly Swim Workouts are a great way to get a long workout in, no matter what you’re training for.
In the pool, beginner swimmers/triathletes have the opportunity to focus on both technique and strength training with coaches available to give you tips on stroke efficiency. It’s also a great opportunity for seasoned swimmers/triathletes to log significant yards.
In open-water, attendees can choose a distance based on their training needs and fitness levels (.5 mile to 2.0 miles). Coaches are also available to work with participants on open-water swimming skills.
