Many Coach Lesley clients have, in one way or another caught the running bug. We are here for all of you – whether you’ve never run before or whether you are an experienced runner with a new goal in mind, we are here for you.
You will learn technique and strategy to reduce your risk of injury as well as optimize your overall health and performance.
