Injury Recovery/"Medical Liaison"
We’ve all been there (unfortunately) as injury is a part of sport. Being injured and coming back from that injury can be a very frustrating time, especially if you want to maintain your fitness while ensuring a healthy and complete recovery.
Injury Recovery services include the emotional and physical support that is often needed when someone is recovering from a sports injury. Coach Lesley acts as a “medical liaison” between you and your treatment providers to ensure there is a cohesive plan in place to get you healthy and active. This might involve going with you to a doctor or physical therapist appointment to help you gain a better understanding of the injury and recovery process, or simply lending emotional support – all to ensure you have a safe and effective recovery.
