Nutrition Consulting

Nutrition consulting is appropriate for any athlete or fitness enthusiast regardless if you are starting your journey or are an experienced athlete at any level. Food and fueling is an important component that has social ramifications as well. At CLAFitness we believe that along with the exercise component this is an important area to tackle. Just like training is a process so too is nutrition. It takes time to change habits and behaviors.

Learn how to plan, balance and find a fit that works for you and your lifestyle while changing your behaviors, motivations and food choices. 

Nutrition consulting can help:
  • Improve health markers
  • Metabolic efficiency - optimize fat burning / stabilize blood sugar
  • Athletic performance 
  • Body composition
  • Identify emotional / behavior triggers

All packages start with 45 minute consult via phone, skype or in person. Sessions are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted. Depending on your needs, there will be additional meetings (phone, skype or in-person), email check-in’s & email access for you to ask questions.

CLAFitness Nutrition Modules*
Behavior change takes time and we want you to succeed.

2-Week Course - $275
Week 1 - 45:00 Review intake forms and discuss. Identify 2-3 areas of focus. 
Week 2 - 45:00 Check-in consultation and what you learned for going forward.

4-Week Course - $350
A month will provide you with more assistance, accountability and consultation. We'll work on behavior changes and strategies.
Week 1 – 45:00 Review intake forms and discuss. Identify 2-3 areas of focus
Week 2 - Email check in
Week 3 – 45:00 Scheduled check in
Week 4 – 45:00 Review of progress and strategies for moving forward

8-Week Course - $650
Two months gives us time to review the intake forms, set goals and work on behavior change and create strategy on how to apply new ideas to your schedule and life. The longer time period provides a chance to understand where you struggle and how you can find success.  
Week 1 – 45:00 Review intake forms and discuss. Identify 2-3 areas of focus
Week 2 – 45:00 scheduled check in
Week 3 – email check in
Week 4 – email check in
Week 5 – 45:00 Review of progress and strategies and revise or add as needed
Week 6 – 45:00 Scheduled phone check in
Week 7 - email check in
Week 8– 45:00 Review of progress and strategies for moving forward and continuing progress

12-Week Course - $925
Take charge of your nutrition.
Week 1 – 45:00 Review intake forms and discuss. Identify 2-3 areas of focus
Week 2 – 45:00 Scheduled check in
Week 3 – email check in
Week 4 – email check in
Week 5 – 45:00 Review of progress and strategies. Modify as needed.
Week 6 – 45:00 Scheduled phone check in
Week 7 - email check in
Week 8– email check in
Week 9 - 45:00 Scheduled check in
Week 10 - 45:00 Scheduled phone check in
Week 11 – email check in
Week 12 - 45:00 Review of progress and strategies for moving forward. Set goals of how to continue progress. 

Ala Carte*

One time Initial Consultation
1 hour review and consultation - $150
  • Review intake forms and discuss. In person, via skype or via phone.
  • For someone who feels they have a general knowledge about what they need and what they are doing but want to confirm what they are doing, see if there are any missing pieces or learn new ideas.

Follow up sessions
30:00 review of intake logs, 30:00 meeting via phone to review
  • One Session: $100.00
  • Four Sessions (must be used in 3 months): $350.00

Race Day Nutrition Plan Virtual Consultation - $250
  • Review intake forms and discuss current daily nutrition, workout fueling, event type, event location/date, food preferences.
  • Create written plan for race day based on all information provided

Virtual Nutrition Consulting
5 sessions, must be used in 3 months - $550
Session 1: Review intake forms and discuss. Identify 2-3 areas of focus
Session 2-4: 30:00 intake review, 30:00 consulting via phone or skype

*Individual consulting sessions are available as well for those who have a good knowledge base and plan and just need some help reviewing things. Nutrition counseling can also be combined with fitness or sport specific coaching.

*If questions about which package is appropriate for you, email us and we will be glad to help. We require
a 24 hour notice if cancelling consultation appointment. If less than 24 hours session will be billed/charged.
