Injury Recovery Consulting
We’ve all been there (unfortunately), as injury is a part of sport. Being injured and coming back from that injury can be a very frustrating time, especially if you want to maintain your fitness while ensuring a healthy and complete recovery.
Injury Recovery services include the emotional and physical support that is often needed when recovering from a sports injury. Coach Lesley acts as a “medical liaison” between you and your treatment providers to ensure there is a cohesive plan in place to get you healthy and active. This might involve going with you to a doctor or physical therapist appointment to help you gain a better understanding of the injury and recovery process, or simply lending emotional support – all to ensure you have a safe and effective recovery.
NEW! Coach Lesley now offers AlterG / Anti-Gravity Treadmill packages. The AlterG Treadmill allows you run or walk at a percentage of your body weight. It is a great tool for safely training during injury recovery with less pain and will help maintain your hard fought fitness.

All consulting packages start with 45 minute consult via phone, skype or in person. Sessions are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted. Depending on your needs, there will be additional meetings (phone, skype or in-person), email check-ins & email access for you to ask questions.
