A huge congrats to Jeff B for his recent PR at IronMan Arizona (IMAZ) in November!
Jeff completed his first Ironman way back in 2000 and now, 17 years later, has a shiny new PR of 11:59:41! Jeff shares with us the challenges of his training and of race day and how he brought it all together!
As a coach, I am thrilled on every level for Jeff. He has a family, kids, a busy life, and a busy career filled with travel (he is a pilot!), yet we’ve managed to figure out what works for him to make it to the start line of goal races healthy and ready to go. Jeff shares with us the challenges of his training, of race day, and how he brought it all together this year at IMAZ!
Peter became a client a few years ago with a very interesting and inspiring goal. At 70 years of age, many of us would think our best running goals would be long past. Not for Peter!
This past October, Peter hit his goal of running under his age for a 10k. In fact, running under 71 minutes was so easy that for the last 1k, Peter ran one minute faster per kilometer pace! It hasn't always been so easy.
Learn how Peter has committed to fitness with Coach Lesley’s help.
Our athletes take on a huge range of adventures that we are thrilled to share with you. Susan W took on an incredible 7-day canoe camping trip in the Cariboo Mountains in British Columbia in August of this year! This 7 day/6 night camping trip was a rewarding yet challenging undertaking. It was made even more challenging because of the forest fires in the region. Congratulations Susan for completing this adventure! We are very excited to share what Susan did to prepare for this excursion physically and mentally and find out what she gained from this experience.
