Many Coach Lesley clients are training for triathlons or multi-sport events. Some are training for their first triathlon while others are training for their first Ironman. Others have done a triathlon or other multi-sport event and have simply set a new goal. No matter, we will create a program for you.
For the new triathlete, we will walk you from step one all the way through the event. This can include buying gear, taking you to the pool and into open water, practicing the transitions between the three sports, cycling, running and gaining fitness and confidence in all three disciplines.
For the more seasoned triathlete, training programs will include more advanced, sport-specific training addressing strength, power and endurance as well as strategy and physiology. All athletes will have the option to learn about heart rate training and/or power meters and how these tools can help you achieve your goals.
