Many Coach Lesley clients have, in one way or another caught the running bug. We are here for all runners even if you have never run before or whether you are an experienced runner with a new goal in mind. You will learn technique and strategy to reduce your risk of injury as well as optimize your overall health and performance. You will learn about heart rate training and many other tools that may assist you in reaching your goal(s) whether its to run your first mile, run your first marathon, qualify for Boston or finish your first ultra marathon.
