Triathlon/Multisport

Many Coach Lesley clients are training for triathlons or multi-sport events and regardless of your experience level, we will create a program just for you.

For the new triathlete, we will walk you from step one all the way through the event. This can include buying gear, taking you to the pool and into open water, practicing the transitions between the three sports, cycling, running and gaining fitness and confidence in all three disciplines.

For the more seasoned triathlete, training programs will include more advanced, sport-specific training addressing strength, power and endurance as well as strategy and physiology. All athletes will have the option to learn about heart rate training and/or power meters and how these tools can help you achieve your goals.

For swimmers of all abilities, we offer packages which will help you towards your swimming and/or triathlon goals. 

Open Water Swim Analysis Package
We'll take you through all aspects of open water swimming including:
  • Getting in and out of a wet suit
  • Sighting
  • Getting beyond fear, waves and open water
  • Stroke analysis specific to open water

Pool Based: Swim Video Analysis
Video analysis can incorporate images above and below water of your current technique and focus on technique and drills to improve efficiency in the water. You provide the videos and receive a written summary of areas to improve plus individual drills/swim plan.  

Open Water Swim Endurance Package
Includes the "Open Water Swim Analysis Package" plus includes support for your lake swim.
