COVID-19. With news of the corona virus sweeping aside all other news and disrupting everyday life, we are getting a lot of questions about what to do with training. For some, training and fitness might have to take a back seat while dealing with school age kids now at home or elderly parents needing supplies or help. For others the work from home policies are helping them find time to get workouts in (possibly this is a silver lining?). Many local events have cancelled including large road races and other larger events have a tough decision ahead of them. Many folks are not wanting to go to the gym or take the classes they usually take so we wanted to remind you all, there are options!
